Terms of Service

1. Subject of the agreement
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the operator of Wedify (wedify.fun) — a private individual resident in the Republic of Lithuania (the “Service”) — and the user of Wedify (the “User”).
2. Registration and use
The basic features of the Service are available without registration. Saving your work and publishing an invitation require an account. The User is responsible for keeping their login details safe.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. The details you give when registering and when ordering must be accurate. If you think someone else has access to your account, write to info@wedify.fun and we will help you secure it.
3. Plans and payment
The Service is offered on a freemium basis. The paid plan (40 €) is a one-off payment per event; there is no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds and the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers are described in the Terms of Sale.
4. How long the invitation stays online
An invitation site is available at its public link for 5 (five) days after the event date entered by the User. The link is then deactivated automatically and the invitation is archived. The data stays in the User's account, but public access ends.
5. Intellectual property
The templates and the interface of the Service belong to the operator of Wedify. Content created by the User (photographs, texts) remains the User's. The User grants the Service a licence to store and display that content. The User confirms that they hold the rights to the content they upload, including the rights of the people who appear in their photographs.
6. Prohibited use
The Service must not be used to:
- send spam or unsolicited messages
- infringe the rights of others
- upload material that breaks the law of the Republic of Lithuania or of the European Union
- attempt unauthorised access to the system
- scrape, copy or resell our templates, code or content
If these rules are broken, we may remove the content concerned, suspend the invitation or terminate the agreement, in proportion to what happened, and we will tell you the reason.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and are not liable for disruption caused by technical faults or by third parties.
Nothing here limits a consumer's statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and digital services under Directive (EU) 2019/770. If the Service does not work as described, tell us at info@wedify.fun and we will bring it into conformity.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. A consumer resident in the EU keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live and may bring proceedings before the courts of their own place of residence.
We answer complaints within 14 days. A consumer complaint that we cannot settle may be taken to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba) or to the European Consumer Centre of the country where the consumer lives.
