How it works

From a template to sent invitations in one sitting:

• pick a template: it opens in the builder straight away, no registration;
• enter the event title, the company name, the date, the time and the venue;
• add the blocks you need: the agenda, a map, the dress code, the organisers' contacts and the RSVP form;
• publish and send each guest a personal link — in a messenger or by email.

What guests need to know

A corporate invitation is read quickly, between meetings — so put the practical details where they can't be missed:

• the format and the occasion — a team party, an anniversary, a presentation;
• the date, the start and end time and the address with a map;
• the agenda, if there are talks or a programme;
• the dress code and whether partners are invited;
• the deadline for replies and a contact person for questions.

Replies and headcount

The RSVP form collects attendance and any questions you add — dietary needs, transport, which session someone will attend. The answers add up in your dashboard, and the guest list can be exported to Excel for the venue or the caterer.

Personal links go out in WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber or Messenger with a ready message, or by email. You can see who hasn't been sent the invitation yet and remind those who haven't answered.
