Wedify

Terms of Sale

Last updated: 17 September 2026

This document is a public offer by the operator of Wedify (wedify.fun) — a private individual resident in the Republic of Lithuania (the “Provider”) — to any natural or legal person (the “Customer”) to conclude a contract for access to the Wedify service on the terms set out below.

The contract is concluded when you pay for a plan: payment counts as acceptance of this offer. Before you pay you see what you are buying and the total price, and we confirm the order by email.

1. Subject of the contract

The Provider gives the Customer access to the Wedify online service for creating electronic wedding invitations (the “Service”). The Service includes:

1.1. Free trial

When an invitation is first published on the Free plan, a trial period starts automatically. By publishing an invitation the Customer accepts the following terms of trial access:

2. Plans and prices

The Service is offered on a freemium basis. Payment is a one-off charge per event. The current plans are:

The price shown is the final price, inclusive of VAT where VAT applies. The Provider may change prices and announces any change on the site; a change never affects an order that has already been paid.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, by card or by another method offered at checkout. Payment is complete when Stripe confirms the transaction. We never see or store your full card number: Stripe handles the card data and passes back only the outcome of the payment, the amount and an order reference.

A promo code, if you have one, is applied at checkout before payment. All amounts are in euro. You receive a payment confirmation by email; an invoice is available on request at info@wedify.fun.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

If the Customer is a consumer — a person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession — they have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded, that is from the day we confirm the payment.

The paid plan is a digital service supplied without a tangible medium. Under Article 16(m) of that Directive the right of withdrawal is lost once supply has begun, provided that before paying the Customer:

We confirm both statements back to the Customer in the order confirmation email. Without those confirmations we begin supplying the paid features only after the 14-day period has expired, and until then the invitation is not publicly accessible to guests.

On top of the statutory right we apply a rule of our own: if something has gone wrong and the guests have not yet opened the invitation, write to info@wedify.fun and we will consider a refund even where the statutory right no longer applies.

To withdraw from the contract or to ask for a refund it is enough to send an unequivocal statement to info@wedify.fun. We answer within 14 days and reimburse through Stripe, using the same means of payment as the original transaction; no fee is charged for the reimbursement.

4.1. The event date and time cannot be changed after publication

Once a plan has been paid for and the invitation published, the event date and time entered by the Customer can no longer be changed by the Customer: the guests already hold the link.

The only way to change them after publication is to write to support at info@wedify.fun. The Provider considers such requests case by case, does not guarantee that a change will be made and may refuse it.

5. How long the invitation stays online

A paid invitation is available at its public link until the event date entered by the Customer at publication and for 5 (five) days after it. The link is then deactivated automatically and the invitation is archived, without public access.

The Customer can still open the archived invitation in their account, but it is not republished at the same link. To extend public access, write to support at info@wedify.fun before the event date.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Provider undertakes to:

The Customer undertakes to:

7. Intellectual property

The templates, the design and the software of the Service are the intellectual property of the Provider. Content uploaded by the Customer (photographs, texts) remains the property of the Customer. The Customer grants the Provider a non-exclusive licence to store and display that content for as long as is needed to supply the service.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by its negligence and in every other case where the law does not allow liability to be limited; a consumer's statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services under Directive (EU) 2019/770, are unaffected. Beyond that, the Provider is not liable for loss caused by:

9. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, hostilities, decisions of public authorities and other events outside the will of the parties).

10. Term of the offer and changes

This offer takes effect when it is published on the site and applies indefinitely. The Provider may amend it; the current version is always on this page with its “last updated” date. If a change materially affects the Customer, we give notice by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Changes never apply retroactively to an order already placed.

11. Governing law and disputes

This contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If the Customer is a consumer resident in the EU, that choice of law cannot deprive them of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live: they may bring proceedings either before the Lithuanian courts or before the courts of their own place of residence.

Complaints go to info@wedify.fun first and are answered within 14 days. A consumer complaint that we cannot settle may be taken to the alternative dispute resolution body competent in Lithuania — the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba) — or to the European Consumer Centre of the country where the consumer lives. The right to go to court is unaffected.
